About Me
Dr. Sanjoy Kumar Saha is a Professor in the Department of Economics, Mawlana Bhashani Science and technology University. His research interest lies on productivity economics, wage inequality, growth diversification with unequal welfare distribution, empirical panel data and nonlinear and development econometrics. His work involves both empirical analysis as well as policy focused research with emphasis on developing countries. In the context of Bangladesh and South Korea, he worked on a number of research projects on migration and remittance earning, labor market, gender and women empowerment, gender budgeting, credit and food security, population and development, economic growth and exchange rate movements, skill and education, demographic dividend and youth population etc. In addition, Dr. Sanjoy has also worked with the Economic Policy Modelling (EPM) funded project of South Korea in preparing various policy documents and government flagship objects.
